Sign waiver

I acknowledge that participation in this activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or in rare cases, death. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions provided by the vendor, and will use all supplied safety equipment as instructed. I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge the activity vendor, its owners, staff, and TRIPP Inc. from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation, except in the case of gross negligence. I confirm I am at least 18 years of age or am signing on behalf of a minor as their legal guardian, and that all information I provide is accurate. Electronic signature below constitutes my agreement to these terms. I confirm I hold a valid driver's license where required, will not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused by negligent operation.
